YES, we will be open for OPEN HOUSE Days in Fall 2024. PICK UP of your apple tree order is available these days:

Open House/Pick-Up Dates in 2024 :

NOTE: We will NOT be open any other dates or times
IMPORTANT: Please let us know in advance which Saturday (Nov 2 or Nov 9) you plan to arrive This will enable us to have your trees ready for you upon arrival.
Payment Types: Options to pay include credit or debit card, check, cash, or Zelle (through your bank app). There is a 3.0% charge for using credit/debit cards.

- We will offer relatively quick apple tree Pick Up if you order and pay in advance (see below for quick pick up).
- Almost all pick up contacts will be outdoors.
- You can order more trees upon arrival, but it may take a little longer to gather the trees while you wait.
Special Guests at Open House
- LIVE Blue Grass music both Open House Days from 10:30 am to about noon
- James Creek Cider House will be on site Nov 2 and Nov 9 (for tasting and purchasing cider)
- Our Open House activities:
- we anticpate having apples (the fruit) for sale.
- cider will be available to taste (“sweet” and “hard”)
- view a display table with over 100 types of apples
- historical buildings and a ½ mile walking trail to see
- Aunt Grey’s famous fried apple pies and possibly a few other products will be for sale
- apple trees and pear trees will be for sale
- SHIPPING OPTION
We have used UPS for over 20 years and we personally pack each order with care and attention to detail. We have strong boxes and use excess tape and shipping materials to ensure that your trees arrive in excellent condition. We clearly state the week the trees will be shipped on the invoice and UPS will email the tracking number to you when we ship. You can also request a specific week to have your trees shipped if the date we have chosen does not work well with your schedule.

QUICK PICK UP OPTION
- Indicate Nov 2 or Nov 9 pick up date (call or email)
- MUST pay in advance
- Any changes to your order will require that you go through our normal, customer line
- Payment Types: We accept credit/debit cards, cash, checks or Zelle. If your bank uses ZELLE (an on-line payment transfer system), you can send the payment to us.... please email David for more info. We will confirm if the transfer is successful. There is a 3.0% fee for credit/debit card use.
- We will begin shipping trees via UPS in November and continue until April.
- We are a family farm and NOT open for pick up except during Open House Days. We don't have the employees to accommodate visitors except during Open House Days.
